So here it is, we were spending a bit of time in La Conner, WA. It was February, cool, with the typical rainstorms rolling thru. But we did get some nice breaks to walk around this quaint town without getting totally drenched or blown away by the wind.
I don’t know what it is, but there is something stunning about old structures. Maybe it’s an age thing…when we start becoming relics we look upon relics favorably. We’re not sure what this building used to be, but I would imagine that due to the fishing history here it could have been a cannery or perhaps it was a few things. But it has been empty for a while and it may not be standing too much longer. Just a lovely old building though on the edge of town.
